How can modern CEOs work to empower diversity in the workplace? 
There has been a stronger focus on DEI from the enterprise as a whole. Not only is this because it helps to promote a fairer workplace and market for all, but several reports including this one from McKinsey regularly contend that companies with good DEI initiatives were more profitable, more effective and had a higher chance at retaining staff.  
So why do challenges in implementing and promoting diversity in the workplace remain?
