The Rockborne training programme is in person and is based in our state-of-the-art training facility in Wimbledon, London. With four training rooms, a vast breakout space and extra desks for further study, this brand-new facility is among the best of its kind.

Who exactly are we looking for?
Everyone please! Our only one criteria is that you are a graduate but this can be in any subject, from any university, with any grade. We are looking for individuals with an interest in data, keen to learn more and a can-do attitude.
What training does Rockborne offer exactly?
Online bootcamp – 4 weeks of free training from our dedicated and skilled training team that covers Excel, SQL, Communication skills and Stakeholder Management. By applying to Rockborne you can secure a place on our next bootcamp, which could in turn lead to a place on our graduate programme itself.
Graduate programme – 24 months in length, commencing with 8 further weeks of classroom based, in-person training in our Wimbledon offices. You’ll learn everything from Python to Snowflake, to AI and AWS. Fully paid from day one, you’ll also have the opportunity to undertake certifications and continue your development throughout the whole programme.
Where is the training based?
Our bootcamp is online, you just need decent wifi! We ask you to join us for 1 or two days in the office during the bootcamp to come meet us in person and see our offices.
During the graduate programme, your first 8 weeks will be in Wimbledon in our head offices, in the classroom, Monday to Friday 9-5(ish). There is some study time and a WFH day built into that too.
When you are on client projects this can vary, with most within the M25 but some further afield. When looking at who is the right person for a client project, we look at your skills and strength areas and consider your personal situation too. But the more flexible you are the more options open to you.
When does the training take place?
Our bootcamps run throughout the year. Each bootcamp is no more than 30 people, as small class sizes equal a better learning experience and more support in our opinion. Our graduate programmes commence shortly after each bootcamp concludes.
What will I be doing in training?
The curriculum covers a broad range of data topics, from Excel, SQL, Python and web scraping to architecture skills, data governance and GDPR. We also provide training across key areas of business acumen, such as project management, presentation skills and communication and influencing. You’ll be coding, presenting and sometimes even rapping!

Congrats to team @freskogreek_ our winning ‘Project Restaurant’ Team. Over the course of a few months our consultants worked to create, design and build an end to end restaurant model. From the cuisine type, location and building design to website and socials to inventory management, payment systems and booking capabilities - all built from scratch using their data training and skills. An incredible amount of work and to celebrate their success the team won a night at The Shard, eating as much as they could! @gordongram if you need a new restaurant concept - these guys have it already mapped out for you with data to back up of their decision making - ever thought of opening a Greek restaurant in Bristol?! #data #graduatejobs
