How a small AI-enabled consulting team delivered enterprise impact with a leaner delivery model

A fast-growing, data-driven organisation operating in the insurance sector, with complex delivery requirements and evolving product priorities. During a recent client review, the organisation shared strong feedback on the performance of a small Rockborne consulting team and the impact of their AI-enabled ways of working.

The Challenge

The client wanted to explore whether AI-enabled ways of working could allow a smaller consulting team to deliver at the pace and quality without the overhead of a large traditional delivery structure, and without compromising delivery quality, governance, or stakeholder confidence.

The engagement required consultants who could:

The client described them as one of the strongest groups of consultants they had worked with, highlighting their adaptability, commercial awareness, communication skills, and ability to solve problems quickly.
