I am thrilled to welcome you to our site and introduce you to Rockborne. We’ve been preparing for this for a while and it’s incredibly exciting to write this on the week that we have welcomed our first cohort of Graduate Consultants.
We spend a huge proportion of our lives at work, and so it is hugely important that we all love what we do, and where we do it.
Because of this, when hiring for our first intake, we made sure each of our graduates encapsulates Rockborne’s particular vision around flexibility, willingness to learn, and laser-like focus on the job in hand. I believe we have succeeded here and it makes me particularly proud to welcome each and every one of them.
I’m also conscious that our graduates are all individuals, and we look to them to bring their own unique perspectives, experiences, and learnings to make our environment, and subsequently client work, more inclusive, diverse, and inspiring.
We want to make sure that they don’t just end up as “laptop code junkies” but fully rounded Data & Analytics consultants with real-world and project experience backed up by wide-ranging consulting skills training. This means we are behind them every step of the way, through our programme of mentoring and pastoral care, which extends way beyond their initial training period, and provides support not just for them but also for our clients.
I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved already and know that, with the support of our fantastic people, both this intake and Rockborne as a whole, will go on to achieve so much more.
To our new starters: Welcome to you all, I hope you make the most of the opportunity and reap the rewards as you all grow into the next generation of Data & Analytics talent.
To those who have yet to join or are looking to work with us: Thank you for looking at Rockborne, we’re incredibly excited to see what the future brings.
Best wishes,
Waseem Ali,
CEO
